These days, with the increase of concern on the global warming or interest in problems on hazardous materials, company's effort toward environment is getting more important. These activities cannot be done by one company. It is important to have cooperation from our suppliers and conduct activities together. To achieve this, we need to promote information sharing with our suppliers and strengthen and promote the efforts toward environment together.

We are grateful to our suppliers for their cooperation in response to our various requests and positive endeavors in the field of environmental preservation activities.

This "Green Procurement Guideline (6th edition)" responds to the global environmental restriction. Starting from EU-ELV, REACH restriction has been implemented recently, and the trend of restriction on chemicals contained in products is getting severer.

In order to meet this, further cooperation by the suppliers and further effort of each company is necessary. Namely, this will include the environment over and above the current items of quality, price and delivery term with the aim of creating an environmentally friendly procurement system.

We will be highly appreciative if each of our suppliers understands the reasons and working behind our endeavors and kindly cooperates with us in pursuing such goals.
