2014年入社の開発職の女性従業員に聞いてみました！

私は中国の出身で、小さい頃の夢はファッションデザイナー。しかし大学では機械工学を専攻し、卒業後は中国の日系自動車企業でプロジェクトマネージャーとして働いていました。ファッションとクルマ、デザインの対象は変わりましたが夢は叶ったと思っています。ただ、当時の会社では「言われたことをきちんとやる」ことが重視され、そこに窮屈さを感じていました。また私の中で部品単位ではなく、いくつかの部品を組み合わせてコンポーネントとして機能するシステムのデザインに携わりたかったこともあり、グローバル大手のサプライヤーであるボッシュに転職することを決意しました。
