ボッシュでは若者が早いうちから責任ある仕事を任され、将来の経営幹部候補を育てるための独自のリーダー育成プログラムがあります。この若手リーダー育成プログラム/JMP (Junior Managers Program) は、ドイツ本社によって30年以上も前に確立された歴史あるプログラムで、これまでこのプログラムから多くの役員を輩出しています。日本では導入してから3年目に入りました。
If you are interested in a management position in future, Junior Managers Program (JMP) will get you started! We teach you everything you need to know as an executive at Bosch in this program. In Germany, this program is regarded as the best leadership program for young talents, and it has been available in Japan for three years already.

応募に際しては、ビジネス（商学、経済、法学、政策など）、技術、科学分野の修士号、MBA、もしくは博士課程を修了していること、また、関連する3年以下の職務経験と6カ月以上の海外経験（就労経験、インターンシップ、研究活動、語学研修など）が含まれていることが必要です。
We require your post-graduate studies in a technical, natural sciences or business discipline with outstanding grades. It is also required that your track record includes relevant work experience and a stay abroad of at least six months' duration.

プログラムの内容は、18～24カ月の間に、1回の海外勤務も含め、4～6件のアサイメントを完了することになっています。日常業務やプロジェクトに積極的に関与すると共に、専門家の指導や個人的な指導を受けます。
During a period of 18 to 24 months, you'll get four to six assignments including one in abroad. You are actively involved in day-to-day business and projects as well as benefiting from professional and individual guidance.
