海外派遣について
Training period in abroad
ドイツのシュトゥットガルトにある、ディーゼル・システム事業部及び本社の2か所を経験しました。日本で仕事をしていると、海外とは物理的な距離もあり、見えない、よくわからない、誤解が生じることが多くあるものです。しかし実際にお互いの顔を見ながら仕事をして、同じ時間・経験を共有することで、驚くほどいとも簡単に距離が縮まります。こうして築いたネットワークは、いまの仕事でも大きなチカラになっています！
During my training period in Germany, I worked at the Division of Diesel Systems and the corporate function located in Stuttgart. Between Japan and Germany, there is always a physical distance, and no -face-to-face communication could cause misundandings. However, face-to-face communication helps me a lot to bring teams much closer. Those close contacts are sill supporting me in many areas.

Mentoring program
メンターはこのプログラムの「生命線」です。なぜなら研修先は多くの場合、メンターのネットワークを通じて、選定していくからです。そして驚くべきは、ボッシュという会社は驚くほど人と人がつながっている会社だということです。それはボッシュがJMPに限らず、積極的に人材への投資を行い、部門・事業部間異動もちろん、海外赴任なども積極的にサポートしているからだと思います。
私のメンターは、日本で本社財務・経理部門の執行役員をされていたドイツ人の方でした。いまはドイツに戻られましたが、いまでも変わらず仕事上でも、個人的にもサポートをし続けてくれています。
There is a mentoring program and your mentor's network will be the key to your next assignment. Surprisingly, people in Bosch are globally & cross-divisionally connected.
My mentor was a German who was a vice president of Financial Controlling area in Bosch Japan.
Although he went back to Germany, he always supports me.
