このマークをご存知でしょうか？
「くるみん」という子育てサポート企業に認定されるもので、次世代の社会を担う子どもが健やかに生まれ、育成される環境の整備をしている企業に、厚生労働省より与えられるものです。
ボッシュはワークライフバランス（仕事と家庭の両立）に積極的に取り組んでいる企業として、2010年4月から5年間の行動計画を策定し、定めた目標を達成し、一定の基準を満たしたため、2016年10月に、2度目の「くるみん」の認定を受けました。

ボッシュでは、従業員が仕事と子育てを両立することができるよう、また、働きやすい環境を作ることによって、従業員が能力を十分に発揮できるよう、育児休職制度や育児時短、子の看護休暇などといった制度を導入し、制度を取得しやすい環境整備に努めています。

認定書交付式には、副社長の森川が参加し、「ボッシュは、トップダウンとボトムアップの両アプローチでダイバーシティーを推進しており、今後も活動を推進していきます」と力強く語りました。

This mark is called "Kurumin" which is given to companies that are certified as a "business supporting child-rearing" by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.

As a family-friendly company, Bosch introduced various systems such as temporary retirement for childcare, short time working for childcare and sick child care leave to allow associates to reconcile career and family.

Bosch actively engages for Work-life balance and got the "Kurumin" certification for the second time in October this year!
