先日、ボッシュの渋谷本社で、育児休職中の従業員を招いて懇談会を開催しました。会場には可愛らしい赤ちゃんと育休中の男女従業員が集まり、リラックスした雰囲気の中でスタート!
人事による両立支援制度の説明、すでに育休から復職した先輩社員からのアドバイスセッションが盛り込まれ、「両立支援制度をどう活用しているか」「本当に育児と家事を両立できるのか?」「保活をどう乗り切ったのか?」など、育休中従業員の疑問にオープンにお答えしました。
ボッシュではこのように、育児をしながらも仕事で活躍できる環境を整えるべく、今後も様々な活動をしていきます!

The other day, we invited associates who are currently taking child-raising leave to a meeting at the Shibuya Head Office.
At the meeting, adorable babies and associates of both genders currently taking child-raising leave came together to have a meeting in a relaxed atmosphere.
Human Resources gave an explanation about the systems available to support working while raising children, and there were also lots of advice sessions from associates who had already returned to work after taking child-raising leave.
They gave open answers to the questions of those currently on child-raising leave, such as "How do you make use of the systems for supporting working while raising children," "Are you really able to raise children and do your job," and "How did you manage to search for a day care center?"
Bosch will continue to promote various activities aimed at creating an environment where associates can actively engage in work while raising children!
