そうおっしゃるのは株式会社日立ソリューションズ、女性リーダーの自主的な勉強会「ABC-Learning」のメンバー。

先日、ボッシュのwomen@bosch Japan（社内女性従業員ネットワーキングチーム）と(株)日立ソリューションズ、女性リーダーの自主的な勉強会「ABC-Learning」のメンバーで情報交換会を行いました。
(株)日立ソリューションズのチームは社外から学ぶ会を定期的に実施しており、テーマは財務、経営から国際結婚や仏教、バレエなど多種多様で業務に直接関係の無いことも積極的に取り入れているそう！
「目からウロコの効果を学んだ」「興味の無いことも前向きに考えるようになった」と好評だそうです。

一方ボッシュでは、チームの活動により、搾乳室の導入や育休復帰者とその上司向けの研修設立を実現したこと、日本だけでなく世界中のボッシュのwomen@boschとも繋がっていることなどをお話しさせていただきました。

世の中にある社内女性従業員チームの活動の形は本当に様々であることを実感しました。今回学んだことを今後の活動に活かしていきます！

Recently, the members of women@bosch Japan (in-house women's associate networking team) and Hitachi Solution's female leaders voluntary study group ABC-Learning held an event for exchanging information.

The team from Hitachi Solutions provides regular events for learning from outside the company, actively incorporating many diverse themes, from finance and management to themes that do not relate directly to work, such as international marriage, Buddhism, and ballet! These events have received positive feedback.

Meanwhile, the team from Bosch shared that through their activities Bosch has introduced a breastfeeding room and established training for childcare leave returnees and their supervisors, and that women@bosch has close communication with members not only in Japan, but throughout the world.

Both teams enjoyed a lively exchange of information and opinions and we will use what we have learned in our activities going forward!
