ボッシュは、ダイバーシティ(多様性)への理解・参画を促進するため、全世界で「ダイバーシティ・デー」というイベントを実施しています。

日本では、先日の記事でご紹介したゲストスピーカーによる講演会
(goo.gl/49LBJE) に加え、従業員主体のダイバーシティ推進活動であるDiversity@bosch Japanチーム‐ ワークスタイル、育児、介護の３チームによる活動報告を４拠点で開催しました！

自分の部署・事業部を超えて自身の知識やスキルを生かす新しい働き方や、育児・介護に従事する方だけでなく一般の従業員も使うことができる在宅勤務制度などを紹介しました。また、今回は世間でも話題となっているLGBT（レズビアン、ゲイ、バイセクシュアル、トランスジェンダー）についての紹介ブースも設け、合計で約500人の従業員が参加し、大盛況となりました！

また、ダイバーシティを気軽に楽しく身近なものと感じてもらうため、社員食堂でイベント･メニューとしてロシアのビーフ･ストロガノフやインドネシアのナシゴレンなど世界各国のメニューを提供したり、ダイバーシティのロゴ入りクッキーを配りました。従業員が楽しみながらダイバーシティについて知り、考える良いきっかけとなりました！

Bosch holds a worldwide "Diversity Day" event to promote understanding of and participation in diversity.
In Japan, we held a seminar (goo.gl/49LBJE) featuring a lecture by guest speakers, as well as activity reports by the three teams for Diversity@bosch Japan focusing on working style, child care, and nursing care.
It was a great opportunity for associates to familiarize themselves with the topic "diversity" and to talk with the team members about the detail of their activities that could allow many associates to build a more productive and flexible working environment. This year, we had the info booth to explain the topic "LGBT" as well. Approximately 500 associates participated, making it a lively and successful event!

To help everyone to enjoy diversity in a fun and familiar way, we offered an event menu in our canteen including Russian beef stroganoff, Indonesian nasi goreng, and other dishes from around the world, as well as giving out cookies with a Diversity logo on them. It was an excellent opportunity for associates to have fun while learning and thinking about diversity!
