Bosch is enhancing its childcare related systems to further support the active job participation of women. Moreover, female associates are proactively recruited and integrated in one of the many teams comprising of both men and women, in an effort to create an environment where men and women can freely utilize their inherent characteristics to the fullest together.

Bosch associates with experience of childcare were interviewed about the appeal of Bosch as a company where associates can balance their private lives and their careers. We heard from a woman who is currently using the short working hours system, a man who has taken childcare leave before, and a female manager supporting a subordinate who is taking childcare leave at the moment.
