New employees talked in "Skip level meeting" with executives!

ボッシュには「スキップレベル・ミーティング」というワークショップの手法があり、これはその名が示すように従業員と経営層との直接の対話ができる会議体です。これにより経営層は中間管理職のフィルターを通さずに従業員の生の声を聞くことができます。
今年から、新入社員研修にもこのスキップレベル・ミーティングを導入しました。
会社側からは代表取締役社長のヘミング、常務執行役員の柳生、執行役員のカシェックが参加し、新入社員は司会進行から質問の内容などすべての構成を自分たちで考え、準備し、本番に臨みました。
本番もスムーズな進行で、ただの会議に留まることなく各グループで進め方の工夫をし、楽しい雰囲気で進みながらも経営層や新入社員の真剣な眼差しが印象的でした！

Bosch has a workshop style called "Skip level meeting" that it is possible to directly talkbetween employees and the management level. The management can in this way listen to the real voice of the employees without a filter of the middle management.
From this year, we introduced this skip level meeting into the new employee training.
Three officers (Mr. Hemming of the president and representative director, Mr. Yagyu of managing executive officer, Mr. Kaschek of executive officer) attended from the management side.
The new employees thought about the framework and preparation of this workshop by themselves. By their creativities, the workshop was conducted with a pleasant atmosphere and smoothly progressed.
The earnest look of the executives and the new employees was impressive!
