こんにちは！ボッシュ人材マーケティンググループです。

10月1日の恒例行事と言えば？…そうです、内定式です！
ボッシュ株式会社でも、渋谷本社にて、グループ会社のボッシュエンジニアリング株式会社と合同内定式を行いました。

今年は、内定式の前に 9月にできたばかりのcafé 1886 at Boschと ショールームを楽しんでいただく時間を設けました。
ボッシュこだわりのコーヒー・紅茶を片手に、目を輝かせて最新製品の展示を見ている姿が、とても眩しく映りました。
また、Café & ショールームを通じて、ボッシュの企業文化を感じてもらえたのではないかと思います。

式典では、森川副社長をはじめとしたトップマネジメントからの祝辞の後、一人ずつ内定証書をお渡ししました。
元気いっぱいの返事に、証書を渡す人事部門長の顔が思わずほころぶ場面も多かったです。

式典の後は、各事業部の代表を交えての懇親会。
トップマネジメントにも臆することなく（実際は緊張していたかもしれませんが…）積極的に話しかける姿勢をみて
ボッシュの未来は明るいなと感じました！

数多くの企業があるなかから、たくさんの優秀な学生さんが、ボッシュグループを選んでくれたことを、
大変うれしく思っています！

内定者の皆さんには、残りの学生生活を健康且つ悔いなく過ごしてもらいたいと思います。
来年の4月に全員と再会できることを楽しみにしています！
フレッシュなメンバーと共に、益々ボッシュを盛り上げていきましょう！

The orientation event for prospective employees from 2016

Hello! We are Human Resources Marketing Group at Bosch Japan.

What is annually held on October in Japan? --- Yes, it's the orientation event and the ceremony for the prospective employees!
Bosch Japan, too, organized the event together with Bosch Engineering K.K on the day.

This year, we offered the prospective employees an opportunity before the ceremony, to enjoy café 1886 at Bosch and the foyer, which were newly opened in September.
Holding a cup of Bosch's original coffee or tea in hand, they all seemed excited to see the displays of our latest products in the foyer, with their eyes sparkled.
We believe that they were able to touch upon an essence of Bosch's company culture by experiencing the café and foyer space.

At the ceremony, they received the complimentary addresses from Executive Vice President Noriko Morikawa and the top management, followed by the certificate of the unofficial job offer for each of them.
Head of personnel department at Bosch handed the certificate with a contended smile, facing the students' full of energy.

A social gathering held after the ceremony was joined by heads of each division.
We were able to imagine the bright future of Bosch when we looked at the students voluntarily and actively talking to the top management without hesitance, which they might have had.

We are very pleased that a lot of students have chosen Bosch group companies from a number of other companies!

We hope that all the prospective employees will spend their school days healthily without any regrets until next spring.
We look forward to seeing them altogether again next April!

Let's further improve Bosch together with the fresh members!
