現在、参加学生たちには、ベトナムの多文化な環境で、エンジニアとして活躍するために必要なことを意識しながら インターンシップに取り組んでもらっています。

みなさんこんにちは。Global Internship @Boschでベトナムに来ている学生メンバーです。
"モッハイバーヨー" 皆さんは、ご存知ですか？この言葉さえあれば、ベトナムで人気者になれますよ！
挨拶だと思った方、惜しいです！正解は「乾杯」です。
ベトナムのボッシュではチームワークを大事にしています。私たちもご飯を一緒に食べる時に、この言葉とともにベトナムの方たちと親交を深めていきました。

今回、私たちはベトナムで2週間のグローバルインターンシップを通して、多くのことを学んでいます。
その中のひとつが、仕事において全員が納得する共通認識を作ることが非常に重要、ということです。

あるタスクに取り組む際、各々が考える顧客ニーズの順位付けが異なると、後々、チーム内での意見がかみ合わなくなってしまいます。 グローバルな環境となると、様々な生き方や道徳が混在しているため、共通認識を作る重要性は、より大きなものになります。ゆえにチーム内での連携がものを言います。

ボッシュで働いていると、チームワークの強さを日々感じます。これが最終的に働きやすさにもつながっているのです！
ボッシュのコーポレートスローガン "Invented for life"はお客様の生活だけではなく、従業員の生活も豊かにするものなのではないでしょうか。

As announced on our Facebook (goo.gl/V5iEZN), students participating "Global Internship @Bosch" are now in Vietnam, and the first live report has just arrived!
We asked them: "What does it mean to work in a multicultural environment? What is important in order to perform well as an engineer in that environment?"
Let's hear what students have experienced so far.

Hello everyone, we are the members of the Global Internship @Bosch speaking from Vietnam.
Do you know what "Một hai ba dzô" means? Once you say it, Vietnamese people will get along with you like good friends.
You may think it is a greeting but actually, it's not. In fact, it means "cheers" before you start drinking!

At Bosch in Vietnam, teamwork is primordial. To improve the bonds between team members, we go out with our Vietnamese associates and say this phrase.

We are now experiencing the Global Internship at Bosch in Vietnam for two weeks and have already learnt valuable lessons. Let us present one of those lessons:
At work, we feel that it's important to build knowledge with the consent of everyone. When gripping a task, it cannot go on if the customer's needs are treated differently by each associate.
When talking about working in a global environment, lots of lifestyles and viewpoints merge together so that building shared knowledge becomes an even more important challenge. Therefore, team cooperation is key for successful work.

Being a company where teamwork is at the very heart of its daily business, this makes Bosch a most comfortable place to work at.
Bosch is indeed invented for life. Not only for the life of its customers but also for that of its associates around the world.
