ディーゼルシステム事業部の拠点であるボッシュの東松山工場にて、12月7日（水）と12月16日（金）に、「働き方」をテーマにした理系大学生向けのインターンシップを開催しました。
「エンジニアが働きたいと思うのはどんな会社か考えよう」をテーマにしたワークショップでは、ボッシュ従業員も参加し、和やかな雰囲気の中、率直な質問がとび、参加者同士のディスカッションも大いに盛り上がりました。
参加者の皆さんからは、「楽しかった！」「非常に充実した1日になりました」といった声が寄せられ、楽しみながらも今後のキャリアを考える契機としていただけた様子でした。
また、ボッシュのエンジニアとの交流を通じて、ボッシュが本当に働きやすい会社であるのかを参加者の皆さん自身の目で確かめていただけたのではないかと思います。

On the 7th and 16th December 2016, Bosch welcomed students from several science-oriented universities to do an internship on the general topic of the "Way of Work" at our Diesel Systems Department based in our Higashimatsuyama plant.
Experiencing in the form of a group workshop primarily revolving around the question: "What kind of company would an engineer be willing to work at?", the students were eager to address various questions to the participating Bosch employees within a relaxed atmosphere and were able to engage in thoughtful and exciting discussions with their peers.
Our guests were delighted to have been given the chance to seriously think about their future career paths all the while enjoying the company of like-minded students, and positively commented on their unique experience as fully satisfying and enjoyable.
Especially the opportunity of direct exchange with Bosch employees left a very good impression on the students of Bosch being a truly work-friendly company.
