4月3日、本日ボッシュは89名の新入社員を迎えました。
入社式で行ったのは運動会！
内定式でどんな入社式にしたいかを内定者の皆さんに考えていただいたところ、でてきたアイディアです。新入社員が4チームに分かれて綱引きや大縄跳びなど、熱い闘いを繰り広げました！

最後には、ボッシュの社長のヴォルツや副社長の森川、役員も沢山交じってムカデ競争を実施。入社初日から役職の垣根を越えて、コミュニケーションをとりながらのイベントで、とても盛り上がりました！

新入社員の皆さんが、すてきな社会人生活を送れますように。

Welcome to Bosch!
This April 2017, 89 new graduates are joining Bosch Japan. On April 3rd, the Initiation Ceremony was hold at the prestigious Premiere Yokohama in a casual and sportive atmosphere. The new comers were involved in various group sporting activities, side-by-side with Bosch associates and directors, including Bosch President Mr. Wolz and Vice president Ms. Morikawa.

To all new Bosch Associates, warm welcome to Bosch and we look forward working with such creative and talented associates!
