先日の記事でご紹介したボッシュの運動会入社式（goo.gl/OKHx60)。
実はこの企画、内定式(goo.gl/mqGXKv)の時に、「どんな入社式にしたいか？」を考えてもらって出てきたアイディアでした！

実現がきまった運動会にむけて、新入社員の皆さんには４つのチームに分かれてもらい、チームTシャツのデザインを考えていただきました。

卒論などで忙しいところ、LINEやSkypeを活用してチームメンバーで相談し、ボッシュの行動指針「We are Bosch」を表現するデザイン案を出しあってついに完成。

黒チーム「ボッシュのシンボルのアンカーマークを背負ってボッシュの一員となったことを感じるデザインに」

黄色チーム「88に込めたのは4輪、インベンション、インフィニティ(無限)、ライフ。新入社員のフレッシュさを水色で表現」

赤チーム「We are Boschのキーワードを出し合い、コーポレートスローガンの「Invented for Life」とどうつながっているかも考えながら形に」

白チーム「グローバルとイノベーションの火付け役という２つを満たすコンセプト」

皆で協力してつくる、ということを入社式前に行ったことで、チームメンバー同士のコミュニケーションが円滑になったようです。
運動会当日は、４色のオリジナルTシャツが会場を彩り、それぞれのチームが競技に白熱しました！

In an earlier post we introduced this year’s Initiation Ceremony by Bosch (goo.gl/OKHx60).
Did you know that this event was actually the idea of the new comers? They thought about what kind of ceremony they would like for themselves and came up with the concept of a sports festival (goo.gl/mqGXKv).

In preparation, they split into four teams and each designed their own team T-shirts respectively. Thanks to this joint activity they were able to grow closer as a team even before the start of the actual event and had an exited and fun competition on the day itself!
