チームの22人の新入社員には、社長のヴォルツとのディナーという賞品がおくられました！

ディナー当日、ヴォルツはなんと、優勝チームがデザインしたチームTシャツを着て登場！社長と会うので、きちんとした格好を･･･と思っていた新入社員もこれには驚き、そして喜んでいました！ヴォルツは全員と話したい、とテーブルをまわり、皆でおいしい食事をいただきながら、盛り上がりました。

トップマネジメントと一般従業員が気軽に触れ合え、意見を言える機会をできるだけ設け、フラットな組織を目指しているボッシュ。

Congratulations to the winners of our initiation ceremony contest on 3rd April!
For the grand prize, twenty-two lucky new members of the Bosch family had a dinner with our President Mr.Wolz. Wearing the T-shirt that won the design contest at the initiation ceremony, Mr. Wolz was warmly welcomed by our new Bosch family member.
Appetites satiated with delicious Itaian fare accomanied by chatter and laughs, our newcomers are all set to start work!
