ボッシュでは、社員のスキルアップのために色々な取り組みを行っています。
そのような取り組みの一つ、社内ディベートコンテストが今日、渋谷本社で開催されたのでご紹介します！

ディベートコンテストは、リーダーシップスキル、論理的思考、交渉術、積極性、そして自分の意見を明確に素早く述べるスキルを磨いていくことを目的にしていて、社長のヘミングの立ち会いのもと、定期的に開催しています。

たとえば今回のディベートコンテストでは、ボッシュの未来のあり方について激論が交わされました。
ディベートは英語で行い、大盛況の観客席もまた国際色豊かでした。

ある若い参加者は、参加できて本当によかった！と言っていました。
準備の段階で新しい視点で会社について多く学ぶことができたし、実際に人前でディベートをしてみて、それをやり抜いたことで自信が付いたのだそうです

We would like to introduce you to one of our training methods offered for our associates: Debating Contest!

Purpose of the debating contest is to promote leadership skills, logical thinking, negotiation, engagement, and expressing your own opinion. This takes place on a regular bases with participation of our president Mr. Hemming. A "judging" audience of about 30 people decides the winning team.

Today, we held such a debating contest at Shibuya office and there was a heated debate about the future of Bosch Japan. The two teams discussed in English in front of an excited crowd.

"It was great that I could take part in this event!", one of the participants said. "During my preparation phase, I could learn about our company from a different point of view and through this event, I got more self-confident than before because I realized that I could do it better than I had thought!"
