2013年、ボッシュ横浜事業所では、Inspiring Working Conditionsというプロジェクトを立ち上げて、コミュニケーションを活発にし、魅力的な職場を実現できるよう若手社員がリーダーシップを発揮し、いくつかのアイディアが実現しました。

そのうちの一つが、この「インスピレーション・ヤード」（発想の庭）です！
横浜事務所の建物の裏にあるスペースに、芝生とテーブルと椅子を設置し、社員がお昼休みや、ちょっとした休憩のときに使って、リフレッシュできるようにしました。
効率のよい、いい仕事をするには、適度なリフレッシュが必要ですし、場所を変えることで新しい発想が湧いてくることもあります。
この場所を、事業所内での、部署を越えたネットワーク作りや情報交換に役立てていくことも狙いの一つです。

Last year, the project called "Inspiring Working Conditions" has been conducted at the Bosch Yokohama office in order to make the working place more attractive through better communication. Leadership of our young associates inspired the project team and they realized some of their ideas.

One example is this "Inspiration Yard"!

The team planted lawn and put some benches and tables at the yard behind the office building so that the associates can take a rest during their short break and lunch time to refresh themselves. For effective work and new inspirations, people sometimes need some break somewhere out of their office. This space will also contribute to build new network beyond the border of departments.
