理系の女性は、周囲にロールモデルとなるような先輩がまだ多くない上に、大学での研究も忙しくて、なかなか将来企業で働くことのイメージが湧きにくいと思っている方も多いのでは。
その不安を取り除き、同時に視野を広げることを目的として、昨年に引き続き理系女性として「働くこと」について考えるキャリアイベントを開催します！

ぜひ、皆さんの周りにいらっしゃる理系女性の方に、この情報をシェアして頂ければ幸いです。

今回のテーマは「理系女性×外資系×リアル」。
大手グローバル企業3社で働く理系出身女性従業員の方たちが自身のリアルな経験をお話しします。
また、参加者同士や先輩たちと、実際に知り合ってお話しができるように、軽食付きのネットワーキングの時間も設けています。

We will hold a special event for female students in engineering or science major on 08.August in Tokyo!
Bosch Japan has been actively supporting career of female students in engineering or science major.
In Japan, many of female students in science and engineering major do not have much roll-models around who could share their experiences of working in a company. Through this career event, we would like to support them overcoming this problem and to offer them opportunity to broaden their horizon for a good start of preparation for their future career.
