理系女子大生向けのフリーペーパー『Girls Lab.』を発行している理系女子大生コミュニティ『凛』は、「繋がれ、理系女子。」をモットーに様々な活動をしている学生団体です
取材の為、8月にボッシュの横浜事務所を訪問。ガソリン システム事業部とシャシー システム コントロール事業部の地下施設を見学、その後、ボッシュの理系女性社員への取材も敢行されました。
外資系ならではの「英語の使用頻度はどのくらいか」など語学にまつわる質問や、家庭と仕事の両立のコツ、学生時代の専攻と実際の仕事の内容が異なることで生じた苦労話、大学生活において経験し ておいたほうがよいことなどがトピックとして挙げられていました。参加した理系女性社員はみな、自分の経験に照らし合わせて丁寧にアドバイス、女子大生の 記者の方々にはとても参考になったと喜んでいただけました。
施設見学では文系女子とは違う萌えポイントがあるようで、「こういう施設を見せていただく機会がなくて！」と、理系女子学生らしく目を輝かせ、説明員の説明を熱心に聞く姿が印象的でした。

このフリーペーパー『Girls Lab.』を発行する『凛』は、創立5周年を迎える学生団体で、理系女子大学生を中心にした情報発信を日々行っておられます。
ボッシュは、『凛』をはじめとする理系女子大生の皆さんの活躍をいままでも、これからもどんどんサポートをしていきます！

"Girls Lab." is a free-magazine published by a community "RIN" which is a group of female university students in science or engineering measures.
In August, they visited us in Yokohama office to collect materials for their article on the "Girls Lab.". They visited our research facility of the Chassis Systems Control division and Gasoline Systems division and had a discussion round with our female associates. The female participants from Bosch side who studied also science or engineering gave them advices from their own experiences and the interviewers appreciated it very much. This article was published in the new edition of "Girls Lab." Oct 2014.
