社員の長期的な健康は、個人に任せるだけではなく、企業の積極的な関与が重要です。
ボッシュでは会社・労組・健保が共同で「さわやかヘルスプラン」(詳細:http://www.bosch.co.jp/press/rbjp-1604-01/)を実施しており、従業員が実際に体を動かして健康意識を保てる取り組みを実施しています。また、メンタルヘルスについては教育や対応ハンドブックの配布を通じて、疾患防止を図っています。社員が健康で働きやすい環境整備を進めた結果、離職率も長年1%前後を維持しています。

それらの活動が認められ、ボッシュは社員の健康を気づかう500社として「健康経営優良法人(ホワイト500)」に認定されました!

The long-term health of associates is not only up to the individual; it is also important for companies to be actively involved.
Bosch has implemented the Sawayaka Health Plan, a joint initiative between the company, the labor union, and the health insurance society. Under the plan, we are working to help associates exercise and stay aware of their health. We are also addressing mental health, aiming to prevent mental illness through education and distribution of a handbook about how to handle it. As a result of our efforts to create a healthy, comfortable working environment, we have maintained a turnover rate of around 1% for many years.

These initiatives have won recognition with Bosch being designated as a "Company with Excellent Health Management (White 500)," a list of 500 companies that care for associates' health. Bosch will continue to create comfortable working environments, giving consideration to associates' work-life balance to ensure that they can continue working in good health!
